It has been very instrumental that the Islanders do get proper medical attention, and out of the initiatives from the founders, it was identified that some of the community members were vulnerable and prone to HIV/AIDS and these included both fathers and mothers, and their children. The island community has been one of the places infested with Multiple problems that include HIV/AIDS, illiteracy, poverty, Gender Based Violence, Crime, among others.

At several events and Intervention, ERIRO has done, counselling, Testing, sensitization dissemination campaigns about HIV/AIDS
HIV/AIDS has been prevalent in many communities in Uganda, and to many people they don’t mind living their lives minus knowing their HIV/AIDS Status.
The Presence of ERIRO has Graced the Islanders with opportunity to know their HIV/AIDS Status immediately.
Mr. Kyambadde has from time to time called upon Islanders to know and Establish their HIV/AIDS, Status as a Priority for early planning and in this regard, he has provided instant HIV/AIDS Oral Test Kits where he encourages Islanders to do test and know their status randomly, regularly. Living responsibly, with awareness and cautiously in a planned Life style, with a desired Future.
Mr. Kyambadde has admonished Islanders of the advantages of knowing their HIV/ Status as a Must, so as to give themselves the planning power to living
